I believe everyone has the capacity to grow and achieve their purpose. By raising self-awareness and personal belief through coaching, my clients are supported to realise their true potential.
As an accredited coach I work with clients across various roles and industries to establish clear goals. Then, through the coaching process, we identify the known and unknown reasons currently preventing the goal from being realised. From there, we co-create a plan of action so that my clients can clearly see how to move forward from where they are.
I strive to create a foundation of trust, allowing our work together to be challenging, enlightening, and enjoyable.
Team Coaching Development
Team coaching helps teams reach their goals, while creating a sustainable environment that cultivates engagement, team health and success. A team coaching process helps teams align around a common purpose, establish an inspiring vision, create healthy team relationships with clearly defined roles, be accountable for behaviour as well as outcomes, and make constructive decisions in line with the team and organizational goals.
Whether its for an new or existing team, for a one off session or a long term team strategy, I will work with you to create a highly functioning team focussed on team good health and achievement of goals.
Management & Leadership Development

Both management and leadership are critical to the health of a business. Whilst leadership is often seen as the ‘sexy’ side of business, management is a true skill which I believe to be a simple concept to explain but a complex art to deliver.
I work with organisations to establish the key issue within their organisation which is hindering their growth and development, then work together to establish the most impactful solution. Whether this be through development of leaders or managers, I will create, deliver and evaluate development programmes to enhance the skill set and behaviours of your critical people.
I also love working with aspiring managers by delivering programmes to help them make that first move into management.
Supporting Your People Through Change
Though change is inevitable for a business to flex and grow, the people impact can sometimes be low on the agenda of a change programme. This is never normally through a lack of regard for the people in the business, but more often than not due to time limitations and/or lack of resources/expertise.
Having delivered many successful and impactful change programmes across the corporate and third sector, I am skilled in identifying the people impact and support needed to bring people with the change.
I work with individuals, teams or organisations, dependant upon the scale and impact of the change programme.
